2026-07-04 eBay has major issues... (repeat)

2026-07-04:

eBay has issues... Again. They won't follow their policies. They delete posts on the community forum and their support isn't support. Everyone knows this. But since they've decided it is best to shit on their sellers, I'm going to post this situation out in public. <rant>

Here's the end of the problem:

Here's my listing for the product. This item is sold by the piece; always has been. Nothing anywhere about a '5-Pack'

Here's the order - the buyer ordered 2 pieces and got 2 pieces. Exactly as they ordered. Except now they're demanding 10 pieces. Not happening scammer!

So I filed a feedback removal request, as this feedback (and the messages that went with it) violate eBay's policies in multiple ways. Simple right? Except eBay is retarded and doesn't bother to follow their own policies:

About 3 minutes after filing the removal request, I get this response. Exactly what issue did the buyer find? How did they determine this? Do they even comprehend their own policies that I quoted to them?

eBay's Feedback Policy

eBay's Seller Protection Policy - Abusive Buyers

So I opened a support ticket...(and still waiting for a response - it is a holiday weekend after all) In the meantime I also created a post on eBay Community But the mods there are a****s who delete everything. I've been banned more times than I can count on my fingers for literally copy-pasting eBay policies and images of feedback received and other direct responses from eBay itself. In this case, they have deleted all the images from the post and edited out half the text explaining the situation. (Waiting on another ban)

So eBay, if you ever find this - just remember - the more shits you take on your sellers, the more it will cost you! It costs NOTHING to follow your own policies and support the sellers who pay for your platform. It costs NOTHING! It will cost you way more to ignore your policies and piss on your sellers! (and you're doing it right now - again!) If this would be an isolated incident, it would be a different story. But with how often you do this and the fact that you are willing to double down on it EVERY TIME makes me think you really like pissing on sellers!

</rant>

eBay has issues. I would really like to find a lawyer to hold them accountable for their policies they keep refusing to follow. Same old crap. May this post live long and inform many... Oh and the idiot that thinks he somehow deserves 10 pieces? He's been blocked and reported multiple times on eBay's platform. You think eBay will do anything about it? Nah...
