Refund policy

Returns:

  • Please contact us about any and all returns prior to shipping products back to us!
  • Remorse / wrong product ordered:
    • We accept returns up to 30 days after the date of delivery.
    • We cannot process a return if it has been more than 60 days since the order was placed.
    • All returns must be in brand new, unused condition.
    • We do not refund shipping fees paid to shipping carriers to get your order to you.
    • We do not offer so-called 'free returns'; Return shipping is paid by the buyer; we do not provide return labels.
    • All refunds will be processed on the original payment method. 
    • All returns not in their original condition with undamaged manufacturer packaging will incur a restocking fee. Restocking fees are typically 20-50%, depending on the returned condition of the item.
  • Defective / wrong product sent:
    • Please contact us for assistance. Please provide a clear description of the problem and order information.
    • We may ask for pictures to document the problem.

Other considerations:

  • Electrical assemblies, switches and other electrical items are not returnable if they are installed or used in any way.
  • Surplus and used items are sold AS IS. As a general rule, these items are not returnable.
