Refund policy
Returns:
- Please contact us about any and all returns prior to shipping products back to us!
- Remorse / wrong product ordered:
- We accept returns up to 30 days after the date of delivery.
- We cannot process a return if it has been more than 60 days since the order was placed.
- All returns must be in brand new, unused condition.
- We do not refund shipping fees paid to shipping carriers to get your order to you.
- We do not offer so-called 'free returns'; Return shipping is paid by the buyer; we do not provide return labels.
- All refunds will be processed on the original payment method.
- All returns not in their original condition with undamaged manufacturer packaging will incur a restocking fee. Restocking fees are typically 20-50%, depending on the returned condition of the item.
- Defective / wrong product sent:
- Please contact us for assistance. Please provide a clear description of the problem and order information.
- We may ask for pictures to document the problem.
Other considerations:
- Electrical assemblies, switches and other electrical items are not returnable if they are installed or used in any way.
- Surplus and used items are sold AS IS. As a general rule, these items are not returnable.
